LGC Group seeks a French-speaking Quoting Specialist to support customers across French-speaking markets by creating quotations, managing inquiries, and building relationships. Working hybrid in Milan, the role involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and drive quote-to-order conversion.
Responsibilities
Create accurate and timely quotations for customers in French-speaking markets
Manage customer inquiries and identify appropriate product solutions
Follow up on quotations and support conversion to orders
Build strong customer relationships as a trusted point of contact
Support customers via phone, email, Salesforce, and digital channels
Requirements
Fluent French and strong English language skills
Customer service, quotations, sales support, or inside sales experience
CRM system proficiency (Salesforce, IFS, or similar)
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Experience in life sciences, chemistry, or laboratory products preferred
