At Johnson
* Coordinate resources, schedules and operational priorities to guarantee project timelines while avoiding any impact on commercial production, in cooperation with the other areas supervisors;
* Drive operational readiness activities for Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC (Enterprise Technology Center);
* Support implementation of innovative manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement initiatives;
* Lead, coach and develop a team of operators through effective performance management and development planning;
* Promote a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, engagement and continuous learning collaborating with the MPS and other areas supervisors;
* Increase technical capabilities and polyvalence within the organization to support evolving business needs;
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, alignment and project execution;
* Manage quotation process of new product introductions for manufacturing, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive cost estimates aligned with business and operational requirements.
Qualifications /

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or another relevant scientific or technical discipline;
* Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated environment and familiarity with ICH guidelines and ISO standards;
* Solid knowledge of manufacturing process Demonstrated ability to lead through change and act as a change agent Strong problem-solving, decision-making and risk management skills;
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
* Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and matrix organizations;
* Strong communication, networking, influencing skills and positive attitude;
* Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of operational performance drivers;
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
Preferred:
* Experience or knowledge of Continuous Manufacturing technology is a plus;
* Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Kaizen methodologies;
* Exposure to digital manufacturing systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
