/ppThe ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.
He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, confidence, curiosity and community.
/ppHe/She reports to Restaurant Manager.
/ph3Main duties responsibilities /h3ulliFullfil the operations of the Food Beverage on Terrazza Restaurant, according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures; /liliMonitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
/liliAct to enhance a flawless service and anticipate /liliGuests' needs; /liliEstablish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries; /liliCoordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/her; /liliContribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the outletbr/ /li /ululliFluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred; /liliPrevious professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment or fine dining restaurant; /liliPassion for service and ambition to grow professionally; /liliEffective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability; /liliCollaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player.
/li /ululliWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
