Palazzo Morrocchi Florence by Stanley Collection, a new 5-star luxury hotel opening in early **** in Florence, seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to join the Opening Team. You will support the Front Office Manager, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest service while achieving departmental goals.
The role involves pre-opening onboarding, SOP development, and cross-department coordination to establish service standards for the hotel opening. Accommodation is not provided.
