The role requires the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments while maintaining a strong focus on project objectives and contractual commitments.
The Senior Project Manager will own the commercial performance of the assigned work package, including:
- contract administration;
- variations and change orders;
- claims and contractual negotiations;
- cost performance;
- forecasting;
- cash flow;
- project profitability.
You will work closely with the Director of Projects and Finance function to ensure alignment between operational delivery and financial performance.
You will set the standard for:
- Health, Safety and Environment;
- process safety;
- offshore safety requirements;
- quality performance;
- compliance throughout all project activities.
You will ensure that HSE and quality considerations remain embedded in every major project decision.
Executive reporting
You will provide clear and concise reporting on:
- overall project status;
- schedule and cost performance;
- commercial exposure;
- key risks and opportunities;
Reporting will be directed to the Project Director and executive management, giving the role significant organisational visibility.
What you bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline;
- at least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Energy;
