Full Opportunity Brief Senior Legal Counsel, Italy & Greece – BD (Becton, Dickinson & Company) BD, a global medical‑technology leader, is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel based in Milan to provide strategic legal advice across its Italian operations and support compliance with local regulations. The role reports to the EMEA Chief Legal Counsel and works closely with the EMEA Compliance team.
Law Degree in Italy
Minimum 10years post‑qualification experience in a major law firm or international company
Experience in the MedTech industry is an advantage
Fluency in Italian and English (knowledge of Greek is a plus)
Responsibilities Provide legal advice on regulatory, commercial, employment, contract, corporate, compliance, and dispute‑avoidance matters
Support tender, market access, HR, and finance functions
Negotiate with external parties and manage litigation (non‑material and support for material cases)
Assist with data‑privacy agreements and drafting of contract templates
Oversee corporate documentation for notaries, public administrations, and commercial registries
Manage costs and engagement of outside counsel
Stipend & Compensation Salary range: 80,000EUR – 110,000EUR per year (paid).
