Job Summary
Per lo sviluppo del nostro team tecnico legato al Pressure Equipment, Metallic Materials & Welding, siamo alla ricerca di un/una:
SENIOR EXPERT ENGINEER – PED & PRESSURE EQUIPMENT
La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile della gestione e dell’esecuzione dei processi di certificazione relativi ad attrezzature in pressione, materiali metallici e tecnologie di saldatura, garantendo la conformità agli standard e alle normative applicabili, quali PED, ASME, CPR 1090, ISO 3834, AD 2000, nonché a schemi internazionali tra cui MOM, DOSH, IBR, CRN, AS e MHLW. Non è richiesta una conoscenza completa di tutti gli standard elencati, ma è attesa una solida esperienza nel settore di riferimento.
Attività

• Svolgere assessment, ispezioni e audit su prodotti e sistemi, inclusa la revisione documentale e la redazione di report tecnici
• Gestire e supervisionare i processi di certificazione nell’ambito delle attrezzature in pressione, dei materiali metallici e della saldatura
• Collaborare con gli stakeholder di progetto per garantire che tutti gli aspetti tecnici siano allineati ai requisiti di qualità e certificazione
• Operare come Lead Auditor all’interno dei processi di certificazione
• Supportare il miglioramento continuo delle attività e dei processi in ambito certification
• Monitorare l’evoluzione delle normative e degli standard di settore, al fine di garantire un costante allineamento ai requisiti di conformità
• Gestire l’interazione diretta con i clienti sugli aspetti tecnici e certificativi
  

Requisiti

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o titolo equivalente
• Almeno 8 anni di esperienza come Inspector nell’ambito dell’ispezione e certificazione di attrezzature in pressione e almeno 2 anni di esperienza come Lead Auditor in audit relativi ad attrezzature in pressione e sistemi
• Buona conoscenza dei principali standard e regolamenti applicabili, quali PED, EN, AD 2000, ASME e framework simili
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Capacità di lavorare in autonomia all’interno di team distribuiti, con frequente scambio di informazioni e punti di vista
• Capacità di gestire relazioni dirette con i clienti
• Forte orientamento al mantenimento di elevati standard di qualità e sicurezza

• Qualifica di International Welding Engineer (IWE)
• Certificazione NDT Level II
• Conoscenza di ulteriori schemi internazionali applicabili, quali MOM, DOSH, IBR, CRN, AS, MHLW
