Main Purpose of the role

For our HR team based in Lainate, we are looking for a new colleague as HR Advisor.

What you will do

Manage employee relations and case management end to end;
Coach managers on performance, development, and team issue;
Translate global HR policies into local practices;
Ensure compliance with local labor laws;
Ensure data quality and update HR IS;
Act as liaison between Global HR CoE and local business needs;
Support workforce data insights and report;
Escalete complex or strategic issues to HR Business Partners.

Our Perfect Candidate

Degree in HR, business, or a related field;
3 years in an HR advisory or generalist role within an international, matrixed organization;
Working knowledge of local labor law;
Knowledge of HRIS platforms;
Track record of translating global policy into local practice;
Data literacy and strong attention to detail
Effective collaboration across cultures in a global-local model;
Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive matters;
Preferably advisory and stakeholder management skills.

The position offers a gross annual salary starting from 33,000€. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
