The role goes beyond internal monitoring: it supports the management of energy efficiency projects for private clients, oversees grants and incentive schemes, and acts as a cross-functional point of reference for Finance, Procurement and Sales on energy-related topics.
This position is the operational and expert arm of the Energy & Green Real Estate area within the structure led by the Energy, Technical & Bid Engineering Manager, ensuring that energy efficiency strategies are translated into concrete actions in the field and into reliable technical-energy support for other corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Management, Analysis and Optimization of Consumption
- Coordinate the team (North-West and North-East energy optimizers, West and East analysts) in analysing and optimizing energy consumption across all managed energy contracts.
- Monitor energy KPIs and consumption normalisation (kWh Norm), ensuring the quality and timeliness of reporting to clients.
- Validate historical consumption baselines and Technical-Economic Plans (PTE) supporting contractual negotiations managed by the Energy, Technical & Bid Engineering Manager.
Energy Efficiency for Private Clients
- Support the management of energy efficiency projects for private clients, from identifying interventions to monitoring results.
- Oversee opportunities related to grants and incentives (national, regional, European) applicable to efficiency projects, ensuring correct structuring and submission.
Support to Finance and Procurement
- Provide data and analyses to Finance for defining energy costs.
- Support Procurement in defining energy purchasing strategies on the market (timing, mix of sources, contractual conditions).
Support to Sales
- Provide technical-energy support to the Sales team in analysing complex contracts, including Energy Performance Contracts (EPC), during offer preparation and negotiation phases.
Team Coordination and Development
- Report to the Energy, Technical & Bid Engineering Manager with regular updates on portfolio energy performance, efficiency projects and team issues.
- Act as a point of reference for new hires during the onboarding phase.
- Promote the adoption of digital tools for continuous energy monitoring.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably with an energy-related specialization.
- Previous experience in energy management roles, with knowledge of grants/incentives for energy efficiency and energy purchasing mechanisms on the market.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- EGE certification (preferred).
Soft Skills:
- Time management.
- Accuracy and strong attention to data.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proactivity.
- Ability to coordinate a small regional team (optimizers + analysts).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical departments (Finance, Procurement, Sales).
What We Offer:
- Integration into a professional, structured and dynamic work environment.
- Annual gross salary (RAL) between €40,000 and €50,000.
- Benefits package (including supplementary health fund, meal vouchers and corporate welfare plan).
- Company car as fringe benefit.
