At NIKE MOLFETTA, we use special names for store positions: “Head Coach”, “Assistant Head Coach”, “Coach”, “Lead”, and “Athlete”. Join the NIKE, Inc. team To be an Athlete, you should have experience in customer service and exceptional product knowledge to provide a top-quality brand experience to our customers; assist our Lead and Coach in training new hires; support various store departments (e.g., cash handling and merchandise in/out, stock replenishment, display set-up); and recommend products that meet sales goals; use your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services at the store; inform customers and new colleagues about NIKE products and services; improve your knowledge using our tools and training courses to continuously learn new information on sales trends, products, services, and NIKE culture.
