Delivery consultant, AI/ML, Professional Services
As a Data and GenAI Architect at AWS ProServe, you design and implement data-driven and AI solutions on AWS that align with customer goals. You’ll guide customers across the project lifecycle, focusing on scalable data platforms and Generative AI capabilities. You work with stakeholders to assess existing data infra, craft modern architectures, and lead implementation with best practices and risk management. This role blends technical leadership with a customer-facing advisory mission in a global, innovative environment.

- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS-based solutions tailored to customer needs
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
- 3+ years designing and delivering cloud-based data and AI/ML solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in software development with Python or Java
- Hands-on production experience with generative AI or ML models (training/fine-tuning and inference)
- Working knowledge of ML, DL, and statistics
- Experience designing generative AI solutions (RAG, vector databases, agent-based architectures)
- Experience with LLM evaluation, guardrails, and MLOps/LLMOps (monitoring, cost/performance optimization, AI security and responsible AI practices)
- Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication
