About The Role

Product Review Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role

We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure the content is accurate, helpful, and genuinely trustworthy.

- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and comparisons across categories including electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
- Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, authenticity, and natural tone
- Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or low-quality writing
- Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
- Flag content that could mislead consumers or misrepresent products
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Familiar with online shopping and what makes a product review genuinely useful
- Sharp eye for quality — you can tell when something sounds off or overly promotional
- Detail-oriented and consistent in how you evaluate content
- Clear and concise written communicator
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, journalism, or consumer advocacy
- Experience with quality assurance, research, or content evaluation
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms as a regular shopper or reviewer
- Broad product knowledge across multiple categories
