As our Financial Services practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Consultant with Insurance and RGI expertise to join our team in Milan.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will join our team and work alongside our team and client stakeholders on strategic, regulatory and business transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Insurance transformation projects involving RGI solutions, from requirements analysis through implementation and testing.
• Working with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, document and translate Insurance requirements into RGI functional solutions.
• Supporting the configuration, customization and evolution of RGI functionalities, according to project scope and client requirements.
• Analyzing existing RGI processes, configurations and workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting functional analysis and gap analysis between current processes, RGI capabilities and target solutions.
• Preparing and executing functional and integration tests, including test scenarios, UAT support and defect management.
• Supporting the preparation of functional specifications, process documentation, user requirements and client deliverables.
• Working with clients to understand business needs and contribute to the definition of practical, technology-enabled solutions.
• Supporting project governance activities, including Steering Committees, workshops and project meetings.
• Contributing to the development of TNP’s Insurance and RGI expertise and offering.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Insurance consulting, Insurance companies or Insurance technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with RGI solutions and familiarity with the RGI ecosystem.
• Ability to navigate and understand RGI functionalities, configurations and Insurance processes.
• Good knowledge of Insurance business processes, ideally across areas such as Policy Administration, Claims, Product, Accounting or related supporting processes.
• Experience in requirements analysis, functional analysis and process mapping.
• Experience working with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent Italian and English.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• RAL: 30.000 - 45.000k€ depending on the seniority
