Creator programme

• Find, pitch and sign creators in Italy, from nano to mid-tier, who can drive sales
• Negotiate rates and deliverables, and hold creators to them
• Brief creators on product, hooks and brand tone
• Track spend, revenue and ROAS per creator, and flag underperformance early
• Spot inauthentic engagement and inflated views before we pay for them
• Own the roster: who is active, who is paused, who we drop, based on ROAS

What you need

• Based in Milan or within commuting distance
• Fluent in English. Our team, contracts and reporting are in English.
• You are organised to the point of being slightly annoying about it. You chase, you follow up, you notice when a number looks wrong.
• Experience managing creators or talent, with results measured on sales or ROAS

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with Italian fashion or lifestyle media
• You have a personal audience of your own, so you understand how creators think and what they want.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, Notion and Google Drive
