Linklaters is looking for an outstanding Italian law student in his/her final years of university for a four-month internship in the Corporate department of the Milan office from November 2026.
Linklaters is a Global Law Firm that primarily works in the main sectors of business law. Clients benefit from our comprehensive experience across all corporate disciplines, including: M&A, joint ventures, growth by alternatives to M&A, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance.
Our corporate practice is supported by global teams of market-leading tax, real estate, employment and incentives, pensions, anti-trust/competition, regulatory and litigation experts as well as teams offering the full range of finance support including all aspects of banking, capital markets and restructuring transactions.
A very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is essential together with excellent interpersonal, organisational and planning skills.
Key Responsibilities Will Include

research
supporting due diligence processes and data room entry
assisting in the preparation of memos and document review
