We are looking for a future Stockist to join our team in Milan, La Rinascente.
Job Responsibilities
Your Mission

• You will ensure that the RIMOWA stock in the store is organised, accessible and always up to date.
• You will support the store manager and the team in the efficient organisation of the store.
• If required, you will organise the dispatch of goods to customers and/or the head office.
• You will receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
• You will be responsible for taking stock and maintaining the merchandise management system, liaising with the head office.
• You will also be responsible for checking and resolving discrepancies.
• You will provide sales support if required.

• You have retail experience or enjoy providing our customers with the ultimate luxury experience.

Additional Information
For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is 30.000 EUR. This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.
In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies :

• Eligibility to individual commission & team bonus as per company policy

• Eligible to Ambassador program as per company policy

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector (CCNL Terziario Commercio) as applied by RIMOWA in Italy.
