Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for a fully remote hourly contract in Turin to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will review AI outputs, write and optimize solutions, and provide expert feedback to help AI systems think more like real developers.
You will work hands-on across languages, review code for correctness and efficiency, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities. This role emphasizes independence, clear communication, and high-quality engineering
