Vishay Italy is seeking a Laboratory Expert – Physical Analysis & Failure Analysis to support advanced analysis for power semiconductors and modules. You will lead R&D activities, contribute to technology development, and mentor lab staff in Catania.
The ideal candidate has more than 20 years in semiconductor analytical labs with deep knowledge of SiC, GaN, and power packaging. Global collaboration across R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams is essential.
