The role You will create identities, films and content systems for the companies we work with and for BluLang itself, with AI tools in the workflow and taste in charge. What you will do.
Six things you will own from the start, in plain words. The scope grows with you.
- 01 Design identities as systems: wordmark, type, colour, rules and modules.
- 02 Direct and produce films, motion and content, with AI in the workflow.
- 03 Build templates and prompt libraries that keep teams on brand.
- 04 Work with product designers so brand and interface feel like one thing.
- 05 Give physical products a voice on packaging and on screen.
- 06 Present work clearly, and take feedback well.
What you bring.

You have
- A portfolio of brand identities and motion work.
- Strong typography and composition.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools.
- Craft in animation and editing.
Nice to have
- 3D.
- Packaging or product graphics.
- Italian or Mandarin.
