Romanian-Speaking Content Moderator – Porto, Portugal | Relocation Included
We are currently hiring Romanian-speaking professionals for a Content Moderation role in Porto, Portugal, within an international digital platform environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position with relocation support provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (videos, posts, ads)
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines
- Identify and lift inappropriate or harmful content
- Maintain quality and accuracy standards
Salary & Benefits
- €1000 gross salary x14 months
- Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
- Welcome bonus (paid monthly during the first year)
- Health insurance (from day 1, free after 6 months)
Relocation Package
- Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months)
- Support with local documentation (NIF, NISS)
- Onboarding assistance
Working Schedule
- Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)
- 2 days off per week
Requirements
- Romanian language: C1/C2 (native or fluent)
- English: B2 level or higher
- EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
- Availability to relocate to Porto
This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. Candidates should demonstrate emotional resilience and the ability to work in a structured environment.
