Air Dolomiti is welcoming Experienced First Officers for full-time, direct-entry positions based at Florence (FLR), Venice (VCE), or Verona (VRN). Whether you are type-rated or non-rated, bring your expertise to a professional, diverse, and collaborative flight deck—delivering safe, punctual, and efficient operations across our growing European network within Lufthansa Group standards.

Employer: Air Dolomiti (Lufthansa Group)
Locations: Florence (FLR), Venice (VCE), Verona (VRN), Italy
Employment: Full-time, Direct Entry
Minimum Experience: 2,000+ total flight hours in multi-crew airline operations
Licences & Training: EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory; MCC; Advanced UPRT (FCL.745)
Medical: Valid EASA Class 1
Language: English ICAO Level 4+
Right to Work: EU citizenship or unlimited EU residence/work permit

As a First Officer, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and on-time operation of Air Dolomiti flights, upholding our safety culture and service promise while supporting sustainability and cost-conscious decision‑making.

Prepare, conduct, and complete flights in full compliance with company SOPs, applicable regulations, and Lufthansa Group standards.
Collaborate closely with the Captain, cabin crew, ground operations, and ATC to deliver a seamless passenger experience.
Exercise sound operational judgment and proactive decision‑making in dynamic environments.
Champion a strong safety mindset, continuous learning, and professional development.
Contribute positively to a respectful, diverse, and growth-oriented team culture.

Minimum 2,000 flight hours in commercial airline operations within a multi-crew cockpit on CS-25 certified aircraft in CAT.
EASA Part-FCL ATPL(A), or CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory credit.
MCC certificate and Advanced UPRT (FCL.745) completed.
Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
English proficiency of at least ICAO Level 4.
EU citizenship or an unlimited EU residence and work permit.
Passport with unrestricted validity; non-EU passport holders must meet any applicable entry conditions.
Strong decision‑making, leadership potential, teamwork, and the motivation to begin or continue your First Officer career with Air Dolomiti.

Open to both rated and non-rated candidates.
