  • Monitor client feedback: Track corrections, feedback, and decisions from the client’s Language Manager during calibration sessions and quality discussions to ensure practical expectations are reflected in daily work.
  • Drive community alignment: Organize regular alignment roundtables and publish monthly quality reports covering performance, priority improvement areas, style guide updates, recurring errors, and arbitration outcomes.

  • Monitor quality performance: Take ownership of the locale’s review service score, including RQE audit results and alignment performance, while tracking error concentrations, severity trends, and consistency.
  • Support continuous improvement: Reduce recurring quality discrepancies, strengthen collaboration between reviewers and post-editors, and improve alignment with client standards over time.
