What We Offer

  • Annual Salary: €40,000 - €70,000
  • Stock Options: Available in the early stage
  • Trial Period: Initial 6 months, then renewal
  • Work Arrangement: Fully Remote or Hybrid
  • Office Locations:
    • Milan (Sales Team)
    • Rome (Development Team)
  • Office presence is appreciated but not mandatory
  • Team Building: Every 6 months, a 3-4 day retreat with travel and accommodation covered

Hard Requirements

  • Programming Languages & Frameworks:
    • JavaScript (ES6+)
    • Modern Front-End Frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular)
    • HTML5, CSS3 (preprocessors like SASS/LESS are a plus)
  • Responsive Design: Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles
  • State Management: Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex)
  • Version Control: Git
  • Development Methodologies: Agile / Scrum
  • Testing: Unit Testing with frameworks like Jest or Mocha
  • API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Build Tools: Webpack, Babel, or similar
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in English
    • Italian (Preferred)
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and maintain the front-end of our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Implement responsive and interactive UI components using modern front-end frameworks
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Achieve high test coverage with unit and integration tests
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end processes and components
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure cohesive functionality
  • Monitor and improve front-end performance, ensuring efficiency and reliability
  • Promptly and effectively resolve bugs and technical issues related to the front end
