ITALIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERTS - LISBON - ACCOMODATION PROVIDED AND RELOCATION SUPPORT
About the Job:
Are you looking to move abroad and experience a new culture and a vibrant international environment for your next career move? Do you enjoy interacting with clients, making a difference and ensuring top tier customer experience? Then look no further We are currently hiring for multiple international projects.
Your Role:
- Provide customer support over the phone, email and chat
- Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
- Assist clients with questions, queries and information they might require
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in Italian both written and spoken at native or advanced level C2/C1 and fluency in English (B2 Level or above)
- Outstanding communication and relational skills
- Customer-centered mindset and problem solver
- Availability to work on rotating shifts
- Valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
