Purpose of the position: STAGE – CORPORATE AFFAIRS & GOVERNANCE, you will be part of the Corporate Affairs & Governance function, supporting the team in corporate secretarial and corporate governance activities within a listed multinational group.
How can you support us?
- Support the organization and management of Board and corporate bodies meetings, including the preparation of supporting documentation and related administrative activities.
- Assist in the drafting, review and digital archiving of minutes of corporate bodies.
- Support the monitoring of administrative and documentary requirements related to corporate secretarial activities.
- Contribute to the management of appointment processes for corporate offices and delegation of authority procedures, as well as the use of digital tools for corporate documentation and statutory records management.
- Collaborate in shareholder relations activities and in the preparation of corporate communications and regulatory disclosures required by applicable legislation.
Education: Master’s Degree in Law, preferably with a thesis in Corporate Law or a related field.
Background: Academic projects, thesis work or internship experience related to Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Financial Markets, Business Law or similar fields.
Languages
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong interest in Corporate Law, Financial Markets and Corporate Governance matters.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, research and legal drafting skills.
- Ability to prepare, review and manage legal and corporate documentation.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration and document management tools is considered a plus.
