HSPI S.p.A., a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Junior Service Manager with 1–2 years of experience to join its Healthcare Division.
The selected candidate will become part of a dynamic team and will be involved in ICT and digital transformation projects aimed at supporting the digitalization of the Public Administration.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Register, classify, monitor and close IT incidents, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities performed;
  • Manage users’ service requests, including account creation, access management and operational support;
  • Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring agreed response and resolution times are met;
  • Monitor service dashboards and monitoring systems to identify anomalies or critical issues;
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, tickets and internal procedures accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate with technical teams involved in incident resolution and service delivery;
  • Participate in operational meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and monitor service activities.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management principles (ITIL framework);
  • Knowledge of Incident Management and Request Management processes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and active listening skills, a strong team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to work.
The profile is completed by strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar fields.
