Non-Security Telecom (TLC) Systems
- Plant Communications: Structured cabling, fiber-optic backbone, LAN/WAN, IP telephony, wireless networks, and VSAT systems.
- Plant Safety & Life Safety: Public Address and General Alarm (PA/GA), intercom, and radio communication systems.
- External & Remote Connectivity: Radio, satellite, and dedicated data links (tailored to project scope).
- Network Infrastructure & Integration: Time synchronization, network management systems (NMS), and integration interfaces with control, safety, and security systems.
- Resilience & Cyber Defense: Cybersecurity enforcement, disaster recovery planning, and network administration.
Security Telecom (TLC) Systems
- Physical Plant Security: Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Access Control Systems (ACS), and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
The systems will be developed under an EPC approach. This entails primarily defining the core architecture and key functionalities required by the system, in full compliance with the Client’s specifications and guidelines. Furthermore, it involves establishing the pre-sizing parameters and technical-contractual constraints to be flowed down to the actual system vendor, who will be responsible for the detail engineering and HW/SW configuration.
