Your role:
As Head of Finance, Siemens Mobility Italy, you will be part of Siemens Mobility Italy, contributing to the financial leadership, governance and sustainable growth of the business. You will have integrated responsibility for all financial and commercial activities, partnering with business leadership to drive strategy execution, business performance, compliance and long-term value creation.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Serve as a trusted business partner to the Head of Siemens Mobility Italy, supporting the local adaptation and execution of the Siemens Mobility strategy and driving the achievement of strategic and business objectives.
• Lead all financial planning, performance management, controlling, accounting, reporting, tax, treasury and governance activities across Siemens Mobility Italy and its affiliated, acquired, or integrated legal entities.
• Act as the Investors’ Advocate by safeguarding assets, ensuring financial transparency, and driving sustainable value creation.
• Assume overall responsibility for the integrity of books and records, compliance with internal and external regulations, and the effectiveness of the Risk Management and Internal Control System.
• Provide financial leadership for business transformation, portfolio optimization, post-acquisition integration activities, and the development of an efficient legal entity landscape.
• Oversee financing, tax, capital structure and cash management, ensuring a strong balance sheet and sustainable business performance.
• Support and challenge sophisticated bids, tenders, project execution, contract and claim management, and the controlling of sales, service, manufacturing and logistics activities.
• Contribute to the financial governance and strategic direction of affiliated companies and support the effective execution of shareholder and board-related responsibilities.
• Drive digitalization, automation and process harmonization initiatives to increase efficiency, transparency and scalability across the organization.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, empowerment, transparency and “speak up” throughout the organization.
• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing finance teams while building strong partnerships across business, operational and corporate functions.
  

• Proven leadership experience in managing a comprehensive finance function within an international organization, including performance controlling, financial controlling, accounting, reporting, governance, tax and treasury responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex legal entity structures, acquisitions, integrations, business transformations, or multi-entity organizations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting requirements, combined with a strong understanding of financial governance, compliance and internal controls.
• Solid knowledge of Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRGs), reporting systems and financial processes.
• Strong expertise in ERP and finance systems, preferably SAP and Spiridon.
• International experience gained either through assignments abroad or within a global organization.
