WHAT YOU’LL DO

Seakeeper is the global leader in marine stabilization, on a mission to transform the way people experience life on the water. As our Factory Technical Representative, you’re the person our customers (OEM boat builders and Seakeeper dealers) network calls first — the friendly, unflappable expert who makes installations click, trainings stick, and problems disappear. You’ll be Seakeeper’s front line across EMEA, delivering hands-on installation, commissioning, training, and troubleshooting support to our customers. You’ll help us build a best-in-class support network by:

  • Planning and executing service interventions start to finish — prepping parts and tools, coordinating shipping logistics, and booking your own travel
  • Completing Seakeeper commissioning reports for every gyro installation
  • Owning Ride OEM integrations and installations from first blueprint to final sea trial
  • Training regional partners so today’s installation becomes tomorrow’s success story
  • Acting as the go-to technical voice for regional customers, troubleshooting fast and effectively by phone and email
  • Leading full hands-on installations — mechanical, electrical, and everything in between — for demos and training
  • Running sea trials and commissioning while documenting system performance
  • Feeding field insights and customer feedback straight back to engineering to drive continuous improvement
  • Representing Seakeeper with uncompromising standards for safety, quality, and professionalism — you’re the brand out in the field
  • Keeping your company vehicles road-ready: scheduled maintenance, a monthly mileage log, and a clean, presentable ride
  • Delivering elevated troubleshooting and dedicated support to Dealers and OEM partners, partnering closely with Product Support and looping in Field Engineering on major component issues
  • Guiding dealers and OEMs on application and configuration, using Seakeeper technical documentation to advise on electrical and plumbing arrangements
  • Coordinating dealer and OEM participation in dedicated service coverage at major events
  • Staying sharp on new and existing product changes with hands-on training at our Tampa, Florida and Lavagna, Italy offices
  • Supporting the Product Support, OEM, and Aftermarket sales teams by fielding incoming inquiries and following up
  • Flagging recurring quality issues or process improvements to the Field Engineering team
  • Documenting the essentials — warranty cases, commissioning cases, installation audits, and sea trials
  • Occasionally step into the spotlight to deliver technical training to OEM partners and Seakeeper Dealers
