Your Contribution To Prysmian’s Success
We are looking for a Junior Sustainability & Market Intelligence Specialist - Intern to join our office in Milan.
Main Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects at European level
Support ESG related activities, including data collection, analysis and preparation of sustainability materials aligned with CSRD/ESRS requirements
Contribute to sustainability culture initiatives, internal communication projects and stakeholder engagement activities
Support market intelligence activities through research, benchmarking and analysis of market trends and competitors
Prepare presentations, reports and project updates for internal stakeholders
Coordinate with different functions and contribute to cross-functional projects

You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are

Master’s degree in Sustainability Management, ESG, Economics, Management Engineering or related fields
Basic knowledge of sustainability topics, ESG frameworks and corporate sustainability reporting
Strong analytical skills and ability to structure information clearly
Good project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Proactive attitude, curiosity and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Nice To Have

Previous internship or project experience in sustainability, ESG consulting or corporate sustainability
Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS regulation and sustainability reporting

What We Offer

Type of contract: Internship, full time
Location: Milan, Hybrid
The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives.
