Note: This role will be based out of our Biassono office until the Milan is opened later this year.
🗓️ The Day-to-Day

• Lead the Charge: Own the daily operations and elevate the overall employee and visitor experience to world-class standards across the Milan office.
• Champion Hospitality: Create a warm, polished, and guest-centric environment that makes everyone who walks through our doors feel immediately welcomed and inspired.
• Curate the Magic: Own the office engagement calendar from end-to-end, bringing themed events, cultural celebrations, social gatherings, and wellness initiatives to life.
• Execute Seamless Events: Master event management from initial concept through budget planning, vendor sourcing, catering, decor, setup, and energetic onsite hosting.
• Build Vibrant Community: Develop innovative programming and interactive initiatives that encourage deep connection, cross-team collaboration, and office participation.
• Master Operations & Budgeting: Oversee facility vendors, maintenance, supplies, access, and security while keeping invoices, purchase orders, and financial forecasting perfectly tuned.
• Drive Workplace Innovation: Partner with local leadership, global teams, and external partners to lead space planning, floor plans, emergency readiness, and creative office branding installations.
  

• Workplace & Event Expertise: 5+ years of experience in workplace management, office operations, hospitality, or employee experience, with a proven track record of running an office independently.
• Hospitality-First Mindset: A genuine passion for bringing people together, paired with an infectious energy that elevates room dynamics and employee morale.
• Event Wizardry: Deep hands-on experience designing, planning, and hosting creative, high-quality, and unforgettable employee events.
• Organizational Mastery: Exceptional skills in budget oversight, vendor negotiations, project management, and rapid problem-solving under pressure.
• Proactive Ownership: A self-starter mindset who takes full pride and accountability in cultivating a polished, well-run workplace environment.
• Bilingual Communication: Professional fluency in both Italian and English, allowing you to connect effortlessly with local teams and global stakeholders.
  

• Tech Industry Background: Prior experience navigating and thriving within a fast-paced, global technology organization.
