Location: Remote in Italy or relocation to Switzerland
Employment Type: Permanent - Full time
Compensation Package: up to €140,000 + 10% bonus
We're working exclusively with an international technology company to help them find an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team. You'll take a hands-on role developing and integrating Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on AI technologies and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and SOQL.
- Build AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, LLMs, RAG and generative AI.
- Develop Salesforce and Slack integrations and automated workflows.
- Design secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Apply best practices across CI/CD, testing and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and improve platform performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce automation.
- Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations and CI/CD.
- Practical experience with AI technologies, including Agentforce, LLMs or AI agents.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable
Salesforce certifications, MuleSoft, Slack integrations and AWS/Azure experience.
Note: Candidates must already have the right to work in Italy or hold an EU passport if looking to relocate to Switzerland. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
