📍 This is a hybrid role based in Milan: 2 days a week in our office, 3 days remote.
About IDA
IDA is an influencer marketing boutique agency based in Milan. We partner with European brands and creators to build authentic, strategic and measurable campaigns across influencer marketing, content strategy, social media, paid amplification and creative production.
We‘re a young, ambitious, fast-growing team.
We work smart: clear processes, small teams, high ownership, and AI tools built into our day-to-day work.
IDA is looking for a curious, creative, and genuinely social-media-obsessed person to join our team and grow in Creative Strategy, Social Media, and Influencer & Creator Marketing.
We are looking for someone with strong social awareness and creative sensitivity: someone who does not just use Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn, but wants to understand how they work, what is changing, which new languages are emerging, and why certain content captures attention and sparks conversation.
This is a paid, six-month internship. The role combines social media, content creation, trend research, influencer marketing, and creative strategy. You will work on IDA’s own channels and, alongside the team, on projects for clients and prospective clients.
In one sentence: we are looking for someone with a real passion for social media, a creative mind, and a strong desire to learn, someone who can move from a trend to an idea, from an idea to content and, over time, from a brief to a strategy.
What You will do
You will support agency projects for clients and prospects, progressively gaining exposure to the world of Creative Strategy. Starting from client briefs, you will learn how to turn a brand need into an insight, an idea, a concept, and ultimately a campaign.
- Analysing briefs, objectives, and brand needs.
- Supporting research on insights, trends, audiences, and relevant cultural phenomena.
- Contributing to creative ideas and campaign concepts for Influencer & Creator Marketing.
- Contributing to creative proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Taking part in brainstorms and creative sessions.
- Supporting the management of IDA’s social channels, mainly Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Contributing to content strategy, recurring content series, formats, and new ideas.
- Monitoring trends, creators, formats, memes, communities, and emerging platform languages.
- Researching and analysing standout campaigns, content, and brand activations, turning them into useful references and inspiration for the team.
- Supporting the development of the editorial calendar.
We do not expect you to already know how to do all of this. The strategic side of the role will be a learning journey: you will learn with us how to read a brief, identify an insight, build an idea, give it a strategic direction, and turn it into a concrete campaign.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- You are truly passionate about social media and digital culture.
- You follow creators, communities, trends, and emerging formats.
- You are interested in the Influencer & Creator Economy.
- You have strong creative sensitivity.
- You are curious about why content works.
- You are already comfortable using Canva.
- You have basic familiarity with CapCut or other video-editing tools.
- You are curious about AI and new creative tools.
- You enjoy working in a team, listening, and turning feedback into improvement.
- You are proactive, hands-on, and willing to challenge yourself.
- Above all, you are eager to learn quickly.
Don‘t self-reject
