We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Operations & Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic transformation projects across IRCA Group’s global Operations and Supply Chain network.
The successful candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, supply chain efficiency, productivity, service levels, inventory performance, and cost competitiveness.
Acting as a key change agent, the role will lead operational excellence, network optimization, digital transformation, productivity improvement, and post-acquisition integration projects, ensuring sustainable business value creation through effective stakeholder engagement and execution.
The appointed Project Leader will collaborate closely with manufacturing sites, procurement, engineering, logistics, planning, commercial teams, finance, IT, and executive leadership to ensure successful project execution and sustainable business value creation.
The position is preferably based in Italy, at IRCA Group’s Headquarters, with regular interaction and collaboration across the Group’s international operations.
Operations & Supply Chain Transformation:
- Lead and support strategic Operations and Supply Chain projects across regions and business units
- Support performance improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable project roadmaps
- Support initiatives focused on productivity improvement, cost reduction, service enhancement, and operational efficiency
- Ensure project alignment with IRCA Group strategic objectives and growth priorities
- Develop and manage business cases, project charters, timelines, budgets, and implementation plans
Operational Excellence:
- Support the deployment of Operational Excellence methodologies across manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Monitor project benefits realization and ensure sustainable performance improvements
Supply Chain Optimization:
- Support projects aimed at improving end-to-end supply chain performance
- Contribute to network optimization studies and supply chain footprint assessments
- Support improvements in customer service performance and order fulfillment processes
M&A Integration and Strategic Projects:
- Support integration of newly acquired businesses into IRCA Group Operations and Supply Chain standards
- Support workstreams related to process alignment, supply chain integration, and operational harmonization
Change Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a catalyst for change across global operations
- Build strong relationships with plant leaders, regional management teams, and corporate functions
- Support communication, training, and adoption activities associated with transformation initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within multinational organizations
