About BELCOST
BELCOST is a luxury travel and lifestyle concierge company specialising in bespoke travel experiences for High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.
Our portfolio includes luxury villas, yacht charters, private aviation, exclusive experiences and personalised concierge services across some of the world’s most sought-after destinations.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Luxury Travel Designer to join our growing international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage bespoke travel experiences for HNW and UHNW clients.
- Handle high-value enquiries, from initial request to booking confirmation.
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and travel itineraries.
- Source and negotiate with luxury villas, yacht providers, DMCs and hospitality partners.
- Manage pricing, commercial negotiations and profit margins.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations and Concierge departments.
- Ensure exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury travel, bespoke travel design or a comparable role.
- Proven experience managing HNW/UHNW clients and high-value bookings.
- Strong destination knowledge and established familiarity with luxury suppliers, DMCs and hospitality providers.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests and meet tight deadlines.
- High standards of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Spanish is desirable; additional languages are an advantage.
Working Model
- Remote working arrangement.
- Initial onboarding and training at our Ibiza headquarters.
- Scheduled in-person working periods at our Livorno office.
- Availability for occasional business travel.
