doValue is looking for a Group IT Service Management Specialist to join our high-caliber Service Integration & Management Team to be based in Rome office.


Role

The role will involve managing the IT service portfolio and overseeing the lifecycle processes provided by doValue Group IT to its subsidiaries. This position will also contribute to the evolution of doValue Group IT services, support the progression of services through their lifecycle and the management of the overall service portfolio. Additionally, the Group IT Service Manager may be involved in and contribute to the development of new services and products, whether they are like existing solutions or entirely new offerings. This will be done using a consistent set of service lifecycle management processes and tools to track, report on, compare, and provide recommendations for all services in the portfolio.


Key Accountabilities

  • Effectively collaborate with business users at Group and local level to ensure the IT service portfolio evolves in line with doValue’s business & IT goals
  • Develop, maintain, and apply service lifecycle management processes (including performance management processes and reporting).
  • Contribute to the achievement of customer satisfaction goals
  • Support the monitoring of the IT services portfolio budget, in line with IT budget and cost optimization goals.
  • Collaborate with vendors to support service quality and continuous improvement.


Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years of relevant IT and business work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.


Core Competencies & Knowledge

  • Experience in building relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of IT services within agreed timelines and budget..
  • Ability to translate technical language into meaningful, outcome-centric language for customers
  • Identifies and acts upon opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Experience in supporting the execution and delivery of IT projects
  • Ability to manage relationships and network with both IT and business partners
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral


Economics

Salary Range: 35K€ - 40K€. The final offer will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, seniority, skills and overall fit with the role.
