Position

We are looking for a Dishwasher for 2027 summer season to work at our Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola, reporting directly to the Head Chef.

Your role and mission at Miramis

You will join the kitchen brigade of a luxury property in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. You will play a key role, always working behind the scenes to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and order in the kitchen, making a real contribution to service excellence and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for washing and sanitising dishes and equipment, cleaning kitchen areas and handling waste sorting and recycling, as well as supporting the receipt and storage of goods.

Requirements

Requirements for the role :

• Ability to use industrial dishwashers and professional cleaning products
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures in line with HACCP protocols
• Good manual dexterity and stamina for physical tasks and a fast‑paced environment
• Even minimal experience as a dishwasher in restaurants, hotels or canteens (preferred)
• Ability to sort and dispose of waste correctly, with attention to sustainability
• Willingness to receive and store goods
• Promptness in reporting faults and maintenance needs
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Other information

We like to call it “Total Reward,” because our compensation proposal is takes into account several aspects.

Contract and compensation:

Seasonal contract for 2027, approximately from April to October. Start and end dates may vary depending on the property and operational needs;

Gross annual salary starting from €19.776, to which variable elements are added where applicable: public holidays, Sundays, night shifts, overtime/additional work, and tips; salary varies according to the candidate’s experience and is assessed during the individual selection process;

Contract in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Tourism – Confcommercio, with a 5 working days + 2 days off schedule.

Meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant) of €8 for each day of work;

For relocating employees : shared accommodation at our Staff Residence or apartment;

Shuttle service to work for relocating employees without a car;
