Miramis Group is seeking a Commis de Partie for the 2027 summer season at Isolotto Beach Club in Porto Ercole. You will support your assigned station under the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef, focusing on quality, precision and teamwork to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
You will work within the CCNL for Tourism, with a seasonal contract April–October, plus meals and relocation perks. Relevant HACCP training and hospitality experience are valued.
