Lime is hiring a Sr Program Manager, Repair Operations to build and scale the operating system for Repair Operations worldwide. We’re looking for a global transformation leader who can align markets around common operating standards and lead measurable improvements in repair quality, efficiency, and compliance. This pivotal role brings together continuous improvement, tooling, training, data, and cross-functional execution to build repeatable systems and help teams deliver consistent results at scale.
You will lead a globally diverse team of project managers in turning complex operational problems into scalable solutions—from diagnosing root causes and testing changes in live operations to validating impact and translating proven practices into global standards. You will partner closely with Local Operations, Central Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance to build alignment, drive adoption, and embed sustainable change across markets.
This is a hybrid position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Milan to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own the global Repair Operations program, including the priorities, operating model, governance, and change-management approach required to improve performance across markets.
- Lead and develop the global Repair Operations team, setting priorities, operating standards, and a consistent performance-management approach for a diverse team of project managers.
- Design and scale a common Repair Operations management system, including global standards, operating cadences, performance metrics, and continuous-improvement routines.
- Drive operational change across a large, globally distributed organization of repair Operations warehouses and frontline teams.
- Build alignment and adoption across markets by influencing country and market leaders and securing the resources required to implement change.
- Partner Knowledge Sharing to own the global Repair Operations training and certification strategy, including role-based curricula, standard work, train-the-trainer programs, certification requirements, and readiness criteria for core repair activities.
- Own the Repair Operations measurement framework and source-of-truth reporting, ensuring that metrics are clearly defined, trusted, actionable, with good frontline visibility, and used consistently by frontline teams and leadership.
- Own the Repair Operations tooling and equipment strategy, including operational requirements, standards, pilots, maintenance, and adoption. Partner with Product and Engineering to test solutions, validate impact, and scale tools that enable safe, repeatable, high-quality repairs.
This role will own and be accountable for improving three dimensions of Repair Ops performance:
- Quality: Successful trips generated from each repair.
- Efficiency: High-quality repairs completed per unit of labor and materials input.
- Compliance: Adherence to timekeeping, quality-control, required-maintenance, and spare-parts processes.
- You have experience driving operational change in a large, globally distributed organization, particularly in repair operations, warehouse operations, fleet operations, or a similar environment.
- You are a global transformation leader who can move from strategy and diagnosis through pilot, rollout, adoption, and measurable results.
- You are passionate about improving processes to raise repair quality and team efficiency.
- You use data to identify opportunities, understand root causes, and measure whether changes are working.
- You can turn complex analysis into a clear, compelling narrative that motivates teams and aligns senior stakeholders.
- You have managed a team, set a high bar for execution, developed talent, and handled performance management effectively.
- You are an effective cross-functional leader who can communicate clearly with frontline operators, peers, stakeholders, and senior leaders and influence with and without direct authority.
