Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Experience Team and support our talent attraction and recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition within an international company operating in the renewable energy sector, contributing to initiatives that help position Nadara as an employer of choice.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through different recruitment channels
  • Support the management of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Communication team
  • Help build and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and other stakeholders involved in attraction activities
  • Support the organization of career days, recruiting events, and student engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field (or currently completing studies)
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and People topics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, or HR tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment is considered a plus
Internship details
  • 6-month internship, with the possibility of a further 6-month extension
  • €800 net monthly allowance
  • €8 meal vouchers for each working day
  • Based in Milan, with a flexible hybrid working model
