G-P is a remote-first, SaaS-based Global Employment Platform expanding across Southern Europe. As an HR Specialist, you’ll partner with clients to advise on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning, owning the full employee lifecycle and in-country HR expertise.
You’ll manage onboarding, terminations, complex employee relations, immigration, and performance coaching, while driving process automation and leveraging HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.
