Purpose of the position: As Buyer you will be part of Supply Chain Function serving the Material Procurement Business Line (Electrical & Instrumentation)
How can you support us?

• Manage sourcing strategies and RFQ processes, ensuring maximum market competitiveness, process transparency, and the protection of confidential commercial information.
• Analyze and critically evaluate supplier proposals, developing commercial comparisons to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize expenditures, and create value for the project.
• Lead commercial negotiations with domestic and international suppliers to secure the most favorable commercial, contractual, and operational conditions, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage purchase orders and contracts, effectively mitigating commercial, contractual, and supply chain risks throughout the entire procurement lifecycle.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate procedures and project requirements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support the effective execution of initiatives and the achievement of expected results.
  

What are we looking for?
Education: High School Diploma in Electrical / Electrotechnical / Electromechanics field or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Background: 3-5 years years of previous experience as a Buyer, preferably within Oil & Gas Industry
Languages: good proficiency in both written and spoken English
Technical/IT Knowledge: SAP, Teams, Outlook, MS Office main apps.
What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected within Italy and/or abroad.
