Job Description:
HPE is seeking a Channel Services Integration Lead. Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives. Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models. Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities. Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders. Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.
Strategy
- Define go-forward channel service L2C strategy
- Define and document E2E services L2C partner journey and experience
- Drive map/gap exercise with key stakeholders to identify disposition plan across programs, partner experience, tools, process, policies, discounts, margin, etc.
Execution
- Gather channel services L2C requirements at the EPIC level
- Work with services L2C and IT architect to socialize and align on requirements
- Write user story requirements in collaboration with services L2C architect and pillar lead
- Drive design sessions with L2C architect, pillar lead, and IT to ensure the design meets channel services requirements
- Plan, lead and monitor testing to ensure timely completion with zero defects
MOC
- Content Creation as needed (if not covered by Accenture MOC)
- Engage with Accenture to include all change impacts
- Collaborate with Accenture on the MOC plan
- Establish frequent cadence with key stakeholders (networking services team, C&PE leadership, HPE Services team, etc.)
Partner Engagement
- Meet with distributors and resellers to share updates, present designs, and solicit feedback

Education and Experience Required
- Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Deep channel knowledge
- Strong understanding of networking services
- Extensive knowledge of research methodology for the most challenging business issues.
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches and insights.
- Extensive knowledge of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
- Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.
- Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.
- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
- Strong leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.
- Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.
- Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and make clear and compelling business planning recommendations.
