For our client Leading Italian strategic consulting firm Azienda A multinational strategic advisory: the company supports clients across multiple industries, helping them address business challenges and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle autonomously for junior and middle-level positions across Group: briefing with hiring managers, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, CVs databases, and other relevant channels, building a proactive pipeline for recurring roles.
  • Support hiring managers in defining role requirements, target profiles, and selection criteria, acting as a trusted recruitment partner throughout the process.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding handover.
  • Support the execution of employer branding initiatives.
  • Participate in university partnerships, job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent attraction initiatives, representing the Group as an employer.
  • Support the organisation of internal engagement or talent-related events as part of broader HR initiatives.
  • Produce regular recruitment reporting for HR leadership, including pipeline status, hiring progress against targets, and market intelligence on talent availability and competitor positioning.

Candidate profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, in-house recruitment, or staffing agency, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes autonomously.
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Experience recruiting for professional services, consulting, or knowledge-intensive environments is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS platform.
  • Strong autonomy and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and data orientation - comfortable with ATS management, recruitment metrics, and reporting.
