At Boolean, we support top-tier companies in discovering and hiring the best talent. Today, we are looking for a Website & Technical Marketing Specialist on behalf of a leading and rapidly growing international digital platform. We’ve been collaborating with this company for a long time with great successful results, and we are proud to support them in finding their next talent.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Website & Technical Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our website performance, health, and organic growth, with a strong current focus on expanding our exposure in the US market.

In this role, you will bridge technical execution with digital strategy. You don't need to be a full-stack coder, but you must be a hands-on technical problem solver who knows how to diagnose issues, optimize web platforms, implement fixes (leveraging modern tools and AI), and track measurable results.

  • Website Health & Performance Optimization: Regularly audit, identify, and fix technical issues impacting load speeds, site health, and user experience (using tools like PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse).
  • US Market & Organic Traffic Growth: Lead initiatives to boost organic search performance and digital visibility specifically tailored to the US market.
  • Technical SEO & Analytics Monitoring: Oversee site architecture, URL structures, indexing, and performance tracking using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Semrush.
  • CMS & Landing Page Management: Manage, build, and optimize website assets and landing pages within HubSpot (or similar platforms like Salesforce Pardot) for both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Content & Keyword Strategy: Collaborate with internal specialists to align website content with target audience intent and high-converting keywords.
  • AI Tool Integration: Smartly leverage AI tools to increase efficiency, draft content, or assist in troubleshooting while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal marketing team (SEO, AdWords/Paid Media, Content, Campaigns) and external UX/development agencies to execute website improvements seamlessly.
  • Languages: Expert level in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Hands-on Technical Troubleshooting: Proven experience in diagnosing website performance or SEO issues and implementing solutions independently.
  • CMS Experience: Strong hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (or experience with comparable platforms such as Salesforce Pardot).
  • Technical Marketing Stack: Practical experience with:
  • Google Search Console & Google Analytics
  • Google Lighthouse / PageSpeed Insights
  • SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs)
  • AI-Enabled Workflow: Capability to effectively incorporate AI into daily technical, research, and content tasks.
  • Basic Web Understanding: Good understanding of web structures/code (HTML/CSS/JS logic) to research issues, fix minor bugs, or work effectively with developers.
  • Ownership & Proactivity: High degree of initiative; you independently identify broken elements and implement solutions without waiting for instructions.
  • Strategic & Critical Thinking: Ability to look holistically at web performance, analyze data critically, and propose structured recommendations.
  • Attention to Detail: Deep familiarity with technical tools, metrics, and best practices.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) and handle evolving project requests smoothly.
  • Coachability & Adaptability: Fast learner, open to feedback, and comfortable adapting to workflows and processes.

What's in It for You?

  • 100% Fully Remote: Enjoy true flexibility on how and where you work.
  • €35,000 RAL (based on experience).
  • A collaborative team culture that values innovation, creativity and excellence.
