Outlier is seeking skilled backend engineers to help shape autonomous agents. You will write evaluation rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress-test agent behaviors in live environments. This is a flexible, remote 1099 contract with variable rates based on expertise and project scope.
Most work is about building modular services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting and requires experience with live systems and multi-turn interactions. Remote applicants welcomed.
