PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Junior Buyer Intern will join the Procurement team and support daily procurement operations, gaining hands-on experience across key purchasing processes within an international and dynamic business environment.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the creation and update of purchase orders in SAP
  • Monitor order confirmations and delivery status
  • Assist with invoice checks and support the resolution of discrepancies
  • Collect and organize purchasing data and information
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards
  • Maintain procurement documentation and supplier records
  • Support the Purchasing team in daily activities and ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing operations


EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Management Engineering), Economics, Business Administration, or related fields and students currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program and seeking an internship opportunity
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
