TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is an international technology partner specialized in the development of innovative solutions for the Aerospace, Defence, and High-Tech sectors. Within the Embedded Systems for Aerospace Applications Business Unit, we are looking for a Junior Process Management Engineer to contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of software and hardware certification processes.
Main Activities
The selected person will be involved in the following activities:
- supporting the definition and update of development and certification processes;
- monitoring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements;
- managing process and certification documentation;
- handling requirements management and requirements traceability activities;
- supporting Design Assurance and Functional Safety processes;
- collaborating with software, hardware, and quality assurance teams;
- participating in internal audits and compliance activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in roles related to process engineering, quality assurance, systems engineering, compliance, or regulated environments.
- Good knowledge of aeronautical systems.
- Experience in requirements management and traceability.
- Knowledge of the software and/or hardware development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ada, or equivalent).
- Ability to work with technical documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with DO-178C and/or DO-254 standards.
- Knowledge of Design Assurance and Functional Safety principles.
- Experience with requirements management tools.
- Familiarity with airworthiness and compliance processes.
- Experience in Aerospace, Avionics, or Safety-Critical Systems environments.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Quality-oriented mindset and continuous improvement approach.
- Good organizational and priority management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Accuracy, proactivity, and results orientation.
- Written and spoken technical English at B2 level.

- The salary range for this position is between EUR 28,000 and EUR 32,000 gross per year.
- Contract level and compensation will be defined during the selection process, based on the profile and in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
