TEST LABORATORY MANAGER


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Strong organizational, planning, and operational management skills to take on the role of EMC Test Laboratory Manager within a growing laboratory that offers testing and certification services for the industrial automation, railway, and medical sectors, with an international development perspective.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily operational management of the EMC test laboratory
  • Coordination of technical staff (technicians and engineers)
  • Planning and allocation of project activities
  • Monitoring of project progress and delivery timelines
  • Preparation of technical and progress reports for clients and internal management
  • Drafting of technical and commercial offers in collaboration with the sales team
  • Support to marketing and business development activities with a technical focus
  • Client interface for requirements gathering and results discussion
  • Ensuring compliance with EMC and ISO 17025 standards
  • Promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team


REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in electronics or electrical engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience as an EMC technician in industrial, medical, or railway sectors
  • Knowledge of generic standards (IEC 61000-6-x), product standards (IEC 60601-1-2, EN 50121-3-2…), and basic standards (IEC 61000-4-x)
  • Experience in team and project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, team spirit, and results-driven approach
  • Good capability to work in team and for target
  • Good English (written and spoken)

Compensation

  • Permanent contract offered, gross annual salary (RAL) € 45.000 - € 60.000
