The role leads architecture design and integration decisions across complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensures alignment with AGCO’s EFG/CEA strategy. The position drives standardization, scalability, and reuse across product lines, while enabling integration of data-driven, model-based, and AI-enabled capabilities into the platform.

Your Impact

  • Define and evolve the end-to-end software and E/E architecture forcombineplatforms.
  • Drive platform consistency, modularity, and scalability across multiple product lines.
  • Act as the primary technical authority forcombinesoftware architecture and E/E systems.
  • Lead resolution ofhighly complexsystem-level challenges involving software, E/E systems, and cross-functional integration.
  • Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance processes, and design principles.

YourExperience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with extensive experience in embedded software and complex E/E systems.
  • Strongexpertisein AUTOSAR and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for developing scalable and efficient system architectures.
  • Proven ability to lead architecture, system integration, and technical decision-making across complex, large-scale product development programs.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, system interfaces, integration strategies, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
  • Demonstratedtrack recordin platform architecture, system integration, and delivery of high-quality solutions for complex products.

Compensation

Applicable salary range: €46,000 – €70,000 gross annual salary.

The compensation range specified in this job postingrepresentsan indicative range for the role. Finalremunerationwill be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.

This role follows AGCO’son‑sitework model, with employees primarily working from an AGCOlocationa minimum of 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork from ourBreganzesite.
